Contact forms

Our contact forms give you a way to get in touch with us. These forms collect your name and your email address so we can respond to your message. These messages are sent to a secured mailbox and will not be saved on the site.


In order to keep our site fast and accessible from all over the globe, we use Cloudflare CDN, this CDN will place a cookie to detect malicious visitors and block access if needed. This cookie does not collect IP-addresses or any personal data.

Who we share your data with

As a visitor to our website, no personal data will be shared with a third-party.

How long we retain your data

Data send to us through a contact form will be retained for as long as the message is relevant to the service that we provide. This means that a message will be deleted if it has been handled and it is no longer of significance.

Data that is relevant for invoicing or bookkeeping will be stored for as long as is dictated by law. This means that it will be saved for at least 7 years.

What rights you have over your data

You have the right to request, modify, or remove all data that we have gathered through our services, as long as these are not needed for bookkeeping or other services that we are providing you. This includes but is not limited to: invoicing and contact forms. This data will be handed over to you within 5 business days from the moment we verified that you are the person the data belongs to.
